5. Digital Product Delivery

After a successful payment, you will receive:

  • A download link via email and/or on your account dashboard
  • Immediate access to your purchased files

Important:
You have 90 days to download your files after purchase. After this period, the files will be deleted or become unavailable for download.

6. Refund Policy

As our products are digital, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a working product. A fresh copy of the files will be manually sent to the Gmail address you provide, if necessary.

Replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or corrupted file
  • The download link fails after multiple attempts

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

7. Vendor Disclaimer

Digibili.com acts as a platform for digital products and is not the creator or direct supplier of all products sold.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from vendor products, including:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or faulty files
