10. Template Dispute Policy
If a third-party creator claims that a template listed by a vendor is their original work, Digibili will initiate a dispute resolution process. The claiming creator must provide sufficient proof of ownership (e.g., original file, timestamp, watermark, or online publication evidence).
As the original creator, they may choose one of the following:
- Option 1: Template Removal – Upon successful verification, the template will be removed from the platform permanently.
- Option 2: 50/50 Revenue Share – The creator may allow the template to remain listed and receive 50% of all future net sales.
Important: Once a dispute is resolved, the outcome is final. If the result leads to full ownership being awarded to the claimant, the template will be removed from the vendor’s listings, and the vendor will no longer receive future earnings from that item.
By registering and using www.digibili.com as a vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
